Do NOT Use This Paralegal Service – Total Disaster I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn people about this place. Hiring them was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. What was supposed to take six months has dragged on for four years—and it’s STILL not done. MARK refuses to REFUND as well! From the start, they’ve been completely unprofessional. They keep making basic mistakes, like misspelling names, putting someone else’s personal information on my documents, and just generally messing up paperwork in ways that should never happen. Every time they “fix” something, there’s another issue. It’s like they’re not even paying attention. And when I try to get answers? Excuses, delays, and more mistakes. It’s beyond frustrating.
