Catherine or Katherine was extremely rude and doesn’t harbor any qualities that’s needed for her position. People are in dire need that’s why we contact legal aid and her curt tone is not what we should have to deal with at all. She offered no help asked no questions and then hung up. Seek help elsewhere these people do not care about you just seeking a paycheck.

I JUST now got off the phone with a woman who identified herself as “Agent 302”. The conversation was beyond disappointing! LSNV poses as to HELP the people of this Community. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for MONTHS. Why is it so hard to RETURN A CALL? You all are compromising people’s livelihood here and I am by far extremely frustrated and disappointed! Miss Agent 302 showed NO compassion, NO professionalism, NO emotional intelligence, and a lack of competence concerning my specific matter. I’m really upset right now. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LSNV!!!!

Horrible, I should have sought another lawyer sooner. No legal advise given. I was assigned a housing attorney for a consumer issue. When it came time for trail and I asked for advice on what defense to choose no advise was given and subsequently I chose an option I shouldn’t have. I felt like this was an experiment for the lawyer who had only one defense/evidence and nothing to back it up. So in the end while legal aid services were free I am the one paying for it in the long run. In addition, you are unable to reach anyone by phone and they do not promptly respond to emails. Heartless, unprofessional joke.

No calls back no emails. Just trying to get help with some court filings. Promised help received none in three months…and you can’t go to their offices. Good luck.
