This Legal Zoom is a complete fraud. They will take your money and not do anything. You will ask for a status update and they will make you think things are moving forward. You try to be patient and let them work. Next thing you get an email that states your refund time has expired. And they didn't do anything but take your money. Do yourself a favor and find a better legal service. This company is trash 💯

My experience with LegalZoom has been extremely disappointing. Even after canceling my subscription, they continued to charge my account without authorization. It took far too much time and attention just to monitor and dispute charges that should never have occurred in the first place. This has made me very cautious about trusting their billing practices. Because of this experience, I will not be using their services again. I encourage others to be very watchful of their accounts if they choose to use LegalZoom.

I have used legal zoom for 4 years. After my initial llc set up which went well, they have mostly been a let down. They have messed up filing on more than one occasion including copyrights and state filings. Most recently to get thier filing mistake (which they attributed to thier automated system not updating), rectified i was bounced around several overseas call centers. Each time i had to reexplain the situation. All in all i spent 2 hours dealing with something i should of just done myself. They also wanted to increase the price of both of my subscription by hundreds of dollars, providing services i don't need or want. I've lost all faith in this company.

Poor customer service. Canceled a service but they still charged my card. Do not give this company your billing information they will rip you off.
