Don't trust these guys, they will ghost you. I filed for a major data breech class action. They did a 45 min phone interview, made me e-sign a bunch of paperwork, used my name (among about 9 other) as primary litagents, told me that I may have to go out of state for a preliminary hearing, also told me they would help with any issues regarding use of my personal info from the breech...after 8 months of not hearing anything back, I emailed them and was told "class actions take a while". Well here we are about a year and a half later and still no contact from them. Sometimes a simple "hey we are still working on your case" email would make me feel safer knowing these guys took ALL my personal info, submitted it to the courts, and knowing that it's not getting sold elsewhere. *Update: almost

This Firm is a Joke !!! They never return calls , they have done some shady dealings with other Attorneys! Taking clients, and forging contracts! Vanessa there consumer affairs girl , you leave voicemails and she never returns her calls ! I’m getting the Attorney General involved! Also look at their reply’s to people’s complaints! They always have a copy and paste answer!

Don’t waste your time with this Firm! I used them for the AT&T data breach lawsuit. And they only want to pay me 11$? Like I’m sorry, my personal information was leaked! I’m still dealing with the issue and I have since 2022! They think 11$ is worth the headache this breach has caused me. Please save yourself time. This company not worth your time.

I've had a bad experience with this law firm. They don't respond to any calls and as far as the AT&T lawsuit goes, they on got $11 for the harassment that I received. I believe I am going to pursue this further with the Attorney General.

I emailed Mr. Korsinsky my complaints directly so they can be addressed from the top down. I received an email this evening indicating that I failed to provide information regarding the AT&T Data Breach Lawsuit, this information was allegedly due on September 12, 2025. I have email proof that I provided that information on August 22, 2025. As a result, this law firm has intentionally caused a material inaccuracy that, if not corrected, will prejudice my claim. If this matter is not corrected immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court, First Judicial Department (New York County), through its Attorney Grievance Committee, which has jurisdiction over attorney misconduct of the Manhattan Office for this law firm.
