Worst company I’ve used and I seen no change. Not only that but customer service never wants to cancel your account when you tell them to, but offer alternatives and even when you reach out again they’re still giving alternatives and will also tell you that change was made to your account, Thank you Danielle for telling what changes I seen and didn’t see. I will never use them again.

I was contacted by text. Then by phone and had spoken with someone about serious legal matters concerning my credit report and removing all items off and bringing back to where it should be 730 up.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE THEY HIDE CERTAIN FEES CHARGE YOUR CARD ANYTIME THEY FEEL LIKE IT , IVE PAID THEM OVER 500 AN THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING THEY DONT UPDATE OR LET YOU KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE WORKED ON THEY JUST TAKE UR MONEY CONSTANTLY!!!! RIP OFFFFF

Called three times to cancel my stuff with them and they still taking money out of my account. Calling again today 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
