Contacted Kerry for process server services one morning and emailed back and forth with some questions until early afternoon. I ended up going home sick that day and then less than 24 hours after my initial email to Kerry she sent me a nasty email saying I was "rude and unprofessional" for not responding or using her services. I had planned to use her services, but simply hadn't gotten to her email yet. When I told her I had been sick and would no longer use her services because of her unpleasant email she told me "I’m sure I’ll cry myself to sleep about it." She also copied a random attorney from my firm on this email thread, incredibly bizarre and unprofessional behavior.
