Unprofessional and rude. They charged me a $20 "late fee" on a bill I never even got. They claim they mailed it but I never got it. No matter what I did they said they would not wave it. I called them multiple times and each time they said they would need it in writing, but then when I sent in my letter in writing I would just get a generic response that did not address my points at all. In fact all they did was tell me how it was my fault. I have not felt so disrespected in a long time. Clearly just anoter piece of trash law firm more worried about padding their own pockets than actually doing what it right.

Honestly, I did not have a bad experience. I dealt with a guy named Eric Jennings. He helped me out quite a bit and for that I am thankful. He was not rude but was to the point. After all it is what it is. I am happy to deal with this firm. I doubt they will get many 5-star reviews because of their line of business, but I don't think they rely on ratings. Unprofessional and corrupt. I have been scammed. I took leave after an overseas deployment and visited my family in a different state but apparently got tolled in another state along the way. However, I was not informed of this toll until 10 months later when this company sent me a notice. I was in driving last May 2023 and it is now March of 2024 so I am being charged 10x as much. I tried calling but they would not pick up and even the automated line hung up on me. The website locked me out too. The money isn't a big issue. It's the principal of business ethics. Exploiting people is evil.

Linebarger Goggin Blair does sloppy, sloppy work doing bill collections. They apparently use a database and send threatening notices to anyone in the database who happens to have a name similar to the debtor's name. Making an unwarranted situation even more aggravating -- they are impossible to contact.

Called trying to receive help with an issue. The individual I spoke with immediately hung up after I introduced myself and what I called in regards to. The line was being reordered as she stated prior to hanging up on me. When I returned the call she was unhelpful and did not apologize or give a reason as to why they hung up on me.
