Started a new business here and heavily relied on attorney Jeffrey Kempf. He did some initial work on my brokerage business and I was satisfied. I contacted him to assist with an employment agreement not even a year later, which I thought would be rather straightforward, instead it took over a week and the reason for one star, all the legal advice was BAD ADVICE - the attorneys, including a partner and an associate never took into consideration the structure of the business (a brokerage) and their opinion is useless.
