I rarely ever write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking for a lawyer like Lisa. From the very beginning, she guided me and my husband through our custody case with honesty, patience, and real compassion. She told us what to expect, what could happen, and never sugar-coated anything. That honesty helped us stay calm during one of the most stressful times in our lives. One thing that really stood out was how reliable she and her office were. Her office always answered our calls, always got back to us, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. My experience as a client of Lisa Hays started as professional as one could imagine. Her character was stellar, the imagery of professionalism and how she conducted herself was some point for the first two. After that point things changed. I soon found out she had individuals not licensed (a gentleman) and working on my case I became concerned and inquired about his position within the firm and how could this be ethical, she stated to me quoting: “If you want me to continue to work your case, you’ll let me my business and job and not worry about my staff”. Do not waste your money.... This lawyer is awful, she never helped me in my process when I hired her.... Always and consistently asking for money, and my case was never moving, long story short.... I spent 8 years to get divorced, because of lawyers, always asking the judge for continuance, and never show up in court to get my case moving just to keep asking for money, at the end after 8 years I ended up defending myself in court... don't recommend this lawyer, don't waste your money and time...

Lisa is very professional, my particular case took a long time but in the end it worked out. As a client if you do your part she will do her best to make sure you have the best possible outcome.

This attorney will aggressively fight for your justice along with her SUPER aggressive paralegal Mari. Her employees Claudia and Manny are amazing and informative as well. She is fair, honest responds in a timely manner. I'd recommend her anyway.
