Mia and the new manager were absolutely amazing. They helped save me from a $23,000 nightmare that was created by me guaranteeing an apartment and helped me sub let it and save me close to $14,000. They have a new manager who is absolutely wonderful and communication communication skills are everything you could possibly want in the Landlord. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to reach out to these guys because I put them through an extremely big stress test and helping me out in the pass of flying colors.

PLEASE request a copy of the lease agreement BEFORE putting down a deposit, if you are applying for an all bills paid unit. I have NEVER read a lease agreement like the one given to me by Littlepage Properties. I paid for the deposit first which was a mistake. This was my first time apartment hunting on my own and I was naive. My fault. When I saw the lease consisted of entirely red flags, I declined the unit. They gave me back most of the deposit, but took a large chunk. When I lightly pushed back, I was informed they could have kept it all. How generous. I would encourage anyone looking to rent from this company to take a little time to drive around and check out their other units in your price range. lived in a property with my best friend, we were never late on rent and were very respectful to them. We were late on giving them a notice to leave after we had only received one email about it. They informed us we were late to give them notice after we had already moved out most of our stuff and we would have to be paying rent for 3 more months. After we were informed we called and spoke with a woman on the phone in which she said she would try to do her best in handling the situation. 2 days after this conversation took place my roommate and I went back to our appartment to get the rest of our stuff and they had changed the locks without notifying us even though we had 2 extra months to move out now. Rented a house for 3 years, they are attentive to email, phone calls and maintenance requests. Hassle free return of deposit. There was some touch ups needed to paint/wall due to furniture mostly and they was reasonable on the charges deducted from deposit.

Initially had a great experience when moving into my first apartment in Houston, thanks to Gabby. Never paid rent late & tried to be respectful to my fellow tenants and the building. Eventually, the German roach infestation got pretty terrible (I keep a tidy home, store food properly & clean daily) so, I decided to move out.
