Very nice people all around experience for ur satisfaction

Contacted this firm over a horrible situation on July 27th, spoke with a junior associate there, Mary Eliza (as a referral from a colleague) and have been completely ignored by her and the firm won’t answer emails. It’s pathetic and unprofessional to ignore legal inquiries and seems to belie an ethical failure in the senior and junior leadership of this firm. As someone who held C suite positions (or equivalent) in both the civilian and military sectors, I would advise anyone to avoid any professional who openly ignores communication as it is unethical. I hope this firm pulls the nose up on their professional failures and starts advocating for clients.

Never heard back despite filling out the intake forms, calling, leaving a voicemail, and emailing the person responsible for intake inquiries!

Long Law Firm has always been prompt with my inquiries, and helped with a variety of legal needs. I highly recommend.
