My wife and I chose this firm because of the confidence they projected during intake, but our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. The primary issue has been communication and follow-through. We are routinely told we will receive an update “later today” or “tomorrow,” and those updates almost never come. Weeks pass with no communication at all unless we initiate contact ourselves. Each time we reach out for a status update, we’re given assurances and then nothing happens. This pattern has been consistent throughout our case. We are particularly concerned about the handling of our medical records.
