They give the assailant more rights then the Victim. Mr. LOUTHIAN is the worst attorney. They act on your behalf when they are not filing a case and try to force you to accept a payment plan for the items stolen. They have no authority to act unless they file a criminal case. In this matter no case was filed and had no consent to act on my behalf. But yet they told the assailant that I would do $200 a month till paid in full with out my consent. They act outside the scope of their job and office. By acting on behalf they became represented me and did so with negligence. Be careful

I was falsely accused of a crime and was told to show up here and speak to a Ms. Holden. The people at the window were very professional and willing to help. I apperciated the way they delicately handle my issue.

Some of us work until 5 pm so we leave a few minutes to make time to call you. It's not okay if you stop answering your phone at 4:50 pm. It happens every day. Please call me back.
