Was given their number from a different law firm and I have to say number again. Wasn’t on the phone for 3 minutes and I have to say the rudest people ever. When you call they act like you are bothering them and I am glad I didn’t get to go into details about anything.

Worst people to call for info,they I told told them what to look for what college they went to I wonder. Gave me a website for free legal service but asking for a contract lawyer which it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that's not what I needed.

I received no help. Was pushed off to another office. Second time I called them second time I get no help with different cases. I lost my house due to Hurricane. 6 years later still fighting with insurance. Call the bar association see if they can help me find a lawyer. No call back from them are lawyer.

They don't show good enough respect to the young; they'll tell you: we have to file it on paper an wait for a lawyer to get back with us that will take your case. It's completely absurd an furthermore dilutes the problem that we as young adults already have which is not having enough time for ourselves because we doing everything they supposed to be doing; like getting background checks and faxing this to that person and carrying on about stuff that we just went to another person about because it's their JOB. So this just goes to show that when I call for help or email for help; I need help pronto, immediately, as soon as possible. People like me have a wife, children, and a large community relying on them.

They almost always answer the phone and/or return messages. And, the ethics line is always helpful. I can't remember a time when I didn't get the help I was looking for.
