I am extremely upset with my experience at the Lueder, Larkin & Hunter Camp Creek office. As a real estate broker, I’ve now closed two transactions with this office. I tried to overlook the issues from the first closing, but this last one was absolutely unacceptable. In my opinion, the office was disorganized, irresponsible, and showed a lack of basic professionalism throughout the process. I will never close with this attorney again. I am willing to drive an extra one or two hours just to avoid dealing with this office in the future. I have been a Real Estate agent 12 years and this is the WORST experience with a closing attorney I've ever had. The communication is awful and professionalism is non existent. Just excuse after excuse. I would give zero stars if I could.

I recently closed with this attorney’s office and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, there was a complete lack of communication. We received conflicting emails about the closing date and time, and when I emailed the day before closing to clarify as well as request the settlement statement, I received no response. On the day of closing, I arrived at the earlier of the two times provided, signed in, and then was left sitting for over an hour while staff walked past us, laughing and carrying on, without acknowledging us. I have dealt with a lot of closing attorney, but I have never seen that level of carelessness and disrespect for their clients. A lot of the team members has a big lack of professionalism.

I had a scheduled closing appt for 2pm. Didn't start signing docs until 4pm. The very unresponsive. Didn't receive a call or email back when asking for dosc to est utilities. One lady over phone told me after I signed docs. You tech don't own home until you and seller rec docs. That was great for a homebuyer to hear. Finally got docs back from my agent on Thursday. BEWARE! There are better attorney's office. Try Kim Klien..I should have went with her highly recommended.
