I retained Lynn Pinker and their lawyer Kent Krabill in August 2016 to take over two suits in which I was plaintiff, one for breach of contract and theft, and the other for malicious prosecution. These suits were filed in 2013 and 2014 by a prior law firm, which quit on me, and were well developed. Krabill is no longer listed on their website but for the record he a) yelled at me for no reason, b) did little to develop my cases, which were already quite far along, c) billed me more than half-a million dollars in 8 months, d) quit after I did not take his advice to settle for a fraction of what he had billed me in one case, with confidentiality which I insisted I would never agree to, e) gave me the wrong advice about how a Rule 167 settlement offer works which led me to drop my two suits

Untrustworthy, Andres Correa in particular. Very nice upfront, to gain your trust and cooperation but when it comes time for him to keep his word, expect to wait for nothing. All I asked for and he promised to give on multiple occasions, was a simple letter of recommendation. I even charged him an incredibly low price for my expertise ($35.00 per hour) as I believed in the case and knew the defendant was a crook that needed to learn a lesson.
