Lynn Sculley

Lynn Sculley was hired by our coop to represent the coop in the sale of our home. She was the one dysfunctional piece of the puzzle. We had a nearly seamless sale and were informed by both the seller and buyers’ attorneys that Lynn was impossible to communicate with and often failed to respond to calls and emails. She caused us incredible heartburn, especially in the tail end of our closing. She was difficult to work with and we do not recommend her.

I’ve worked with lawyers of various specialties, and none have left me with a good taste in my mouth. I’ve usually walked away feeling dubious or regretful of their performances, and would never recommend any of them. Except Lynn Scully.
