Was working with a credit company, all my other cards worked with me. These people wouldn't budge a single penny. I told them I couldn't afford it and that if they couldn't work with me I would have no choice but to file bankruptcy. Guess they thought nothing was better than something.

Horrible people. They refuse to work with people no matter what. My employer went out of business and im trying to get back on my feet. Ldvlaw refuses to work a decent deal to pay off my debts

Don't bother trying to work with this "law firm" - Their customer service is abhorrent and extremely unreasonable. Had a debt that sat unpaid for two years and wasn't able to show up to court due to medical issues which resulted in a judgement (which I plan to fight) They wouldn't accept a reasonable 80% lump sum payment to clear this two year long hiatus up. Originally wanted an outcome that was beneficial to both parties - Now solely due to the customer service I've experienced. I will take every possible action to have my judgements dismissed. LDV will get **ZERO**

I fell on hard times and couldn’t make my credit card payments and they were sent to this law office. I called and Melissa answered and was absolutely amazing!! Within 15 minutes she had me set up on a payment plan that I could afford.. never once did she make me feel any type of way about the debt. She was so kind and understanding of my situation. If you have a debt handled by this company just give them a call. They are great people just doing the job they are paid to do! Thank you!

They don’t care to work with you and had no customer service skills . Asking invasive questions that isn’t a debt collectors business. Don’t bother emailing them because they won’t respond . They don’t call back to back but they will send papers that they are sueing you in a heartbeat.
