Mac Data Background Screening

I was refused for a fingerprinting appointment for not having my "ORI number" printed out or able to fill out on their physical form immediately, despite having filled out their intake form online. I asked for Wifi access to look up the organization's ORI number, and was told that the wifi was private; they would neither look up the ORI number themselves (it's a large, common org) nor allow me wifi access to look it up. Giving the ORI number after the appointment is, for some reason, seen as impossible, too. I had a previous visit 2 years back that went fine - not sure if the management here has declined, if I had lucked out with the easier front desk attendant last time, or if I had that number printed last time, but overall, MacData today was entirely OK wasting my time despite showing
