This man, Benjamin Rajotte, took our case, took our money then ghosted us. He has not taken a call from us for months after taking our money for our case. He said his office manager left and that is his excuse for totally ignoring his clients. I filed a complain with NYS AG Office and I am filing a complaint today with the Attorney Grievance Board as well as pressing charges for theft. Our experience with this person and his office are nothing but bad. Buyer beware!!! I hope no one else gets grifted by this person. The reply posted to my review is a lie. This company stole our money and we had to file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Committee in New York State. I will be following up with the state of New York to see what I can do to file charges for theft against Mr. Rajotte and h
