decided not to hire them even though they had good reviews because the Front Desk staff Paula did not even know if the lawyer could help with HOA dispute. She insisted she had no clue. When i asked how come she doesn’t know if the law firm handles hoa cases, she was extremely rude and persistent on the fact she had no clue. Made me lose faith on the lawyer if their secretary is this unprofessional and still can keep a job, i doubt the lawyers judgment and work ethic. Secretaries are a reflection of their employers.

Called 6 times over two weeks, sent several emails to several people including a partner. I’ve never had to work so hard to pay a small firm money before.
