Instead of providing guidance and support during an already stressful immigration process, she was rude and unwilling to properly answer my questions. I paid her an advance fee in good faith, expecting professional service. Within a few days, I decided to cancel the process and requested that my case be withdrawn. I also asked for a refund of the advance payment. She never returned my money. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to refund my payment after canceling early left me feeling taken advantage of. I strongly regret hiring her and would not recommend her services to anyone.
