When an issue arose with the other closing attorney, Emilee immediately stepped in, made a phone call, and resolved everything efficiently and professionally. What I thought would take 10 days to fix was handled in a single call, allowing us to close within 24 hours. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to get things done are exceptional. I would not hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate attorney.

They will NOT accommodate any special circumstance. If you have any delay or issue during closing, don’t expect them to help! I had to pay a quarterly HOA due twice just because they refused to update one number on the closing document. I had to pay the HOA fee before closing because otherwise it would be considered late. Go with a smaller law firm for your closing! This big firm is arrogant!

Real Estate closing...downtown...typically I don't like downtown parking..it is horrific. This law firm had ample parking spaces...old building..nice receptionist...
