They are very dedicated. Though busy processing applications back in October 2020, they stayed back late hours but reviewed my file by different people including me for four times. I was willing to pay to take lawyer for GC interview but after mock interview which was free of cost, Ravi said that I am good go and don't need lawyer. That shows he is not money minded and service oriented. Thanks to Ravi and his team to help me get my GC.
