I hired Robert Manning and Manning Law Firm after a former tenant of mine, Reid Friedson, refused to leave my property after his lease expired. The false negative reviews posted online about Robert Manning and Manning Law Firm followed Friedson’s eviction. My case records are riddled with false accusations against Mr Manning and Manning Law Firm in what I believe is Friedson’s attempt to get Mr Manning to resign from my case. Handled getting rid of the people living in my rental. Did not like them and Manning got them out quick and I didn't have to give them their deposit back - excellent. But he charges way too much for the amount of work he did so I am taking away two stars for that. But if you have "undesirables" renting from you and need them gone then call Robert Manning!
