I would not recommend Marble Law. The attorney assigned to my case was not informative, did not clearly explain the process, and even gave me incorrect information about certain court laws. I reached out to Marble Law multiple times, and each time I was told I would receive a call back within 3–4 business days — but no one ever followed up. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially for a parent dealing with family court and custody matters. On top of this, what happened with ClarityPay was extremely unprofessional and harmful. My services with Marble Law were terminated, yet ClarityPay continued to charge me for months without authorization. DO NOT HIRE MARBLE LAW! They brag and boast about not having lawyers who charge billable hours which in theory is supposed to create a lower cost for the client. They instead hide the total cost with supposed "step by step" financing. Instead of providing an upfront cost, they charge you at the beginning and mid-way through your service so you're forced to continue paying the exorbitant fees. Everyone from the Intake department to your lawyer is working to upsell you on services to increase their fees. Absurdly enough, the service fee DON'T EVEN INCLUDE the filing fees that are needed throughout your proceedings so again you're surprised with another fee. DO NOT HIRE BAIT AND SWITCH DISHONEST They offered my $2k for 5 hours (yep that's $400/hr), then they offered me 20% discount to lure me. When I asked for it in writing they said it was $2k. They treat honest people like you as imbeciles. This is a SCAM if ever there was one.

Worst experience with a law firm. Paid for an emergency hearing over 2 months ago. They made a lot of promises to get me to buy and no progress or response from the attorney. Not only did their lack of progress waste time but it gave the other party time to file frivolous claims. This cost me custody of my kids and more money. I called time and time again asking to speak with my attorney. They said 1-3 days. Called again and they said someone will call today. Called again and they said someone will call in 20 minutes. Now they are dodging me to give me my money back. Reporting them to the BAR and the BBB.

Unfortunately, my experience with Marble Law was disappointing. I waited nearly two years with the hope that my case was being worked on, only to receive a letter stating that it had been closed without any meaningful progress or communication throughout the process. What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency and follow through. I understand that legal matters can take time, but clients deserve consistent updates and honest timelines. Instead, I felt left in the dark, only to be told my case was no longer being pursued. I expected better service and professionalism. I’m sharing this in hopes that others can make a more informed decision when seeking legal support.
