My civil case is still ongoing. It concerns a blatant statutory violation, and it will send shockwaves through the system. 5 years ago, I was denied by Mattox via email(I still have the email). I had Jim Garrity as my lawyer, who id reccomend to anyone and also dealt with the billing department. There was some issues with receiving the payment but the billing department was right on top of it, specifically Katie Morgan. They resolved the issues and kept in great contact. Had a great experience.

For those of you considering this firm....ONE WORD...DON'T!!! They don't answer phones or return phone calls, more importantly, they don't show up for appointments and then they don't contact you to reschedule. They did this to me TWICE. I had to send an email to the firm in order to get a return call. When I did finally get to speak with one of their attorneys (Mr. Thomas Dickens) not only was he rude, but he was very defensive, stating "Im not gonna risk my license for your case". This was before we even began to talk about the case, which I thought was very "Weird". Where did that come from"? Speaking with him briefly, he obviously knew nothing about my case.
