I went in to have my will, advanced medical directive, and POA signed and notarized. I was informed that they wouldn't do that for documents they hadn't prepared themselves, and I should "just go to the attorney who prepared them." No explanation as to why they can't notarize my signature if they don't prepare the documents themselves.

I called and asked about possibly doing my appointment over the phone due to circumstances I couldn’t control, the Sgt told me “give me one moment to ask”. Keep in mind my appointment was in the next 20 minutes anyways. They then keep me on the phone and just don’t come back and left me on hold for 48 minutes. I hung up and called again and the same Sgt who said he’d come back “in a minute” answered the phone. He knew who I was the minute I said something and came up with an excuse that didn’t even make sense. If the answer was no, they could’ve just came back to tell me that instead of leaving me on hold for 48 minutes waiting for me to hang up.

I am truly troubled about the negative reviews. Every time I come here, the staff and service are exceptional. Last week, I stopped by for a General POA. Despite the office being closed, the Director came to the door and asked me if he could assist. I stated that I was not able to be there next week during operating hours and needed the POA completed. He didn't even hesitate and took care of my need! This is called going above and beyond! Thank You Sir & LSSS!!!

This office is the most unprofessional law office I have ever stepped foot into. On two separate occasions this office failed to alert me and my husband that my husband needed to be present for reviewing and signing my Will. The lawyer was aggressive and rude and accused me of being unhappy in my marriage and trying to make a Will behind my husbands back. These situations can be dealt with in a kind and respectful manner since it was a misunderstanding. But this female lawyer further called me a liar and said she was sure I was given all the correct information before my appointment. Awesome base legal office! I walked in and back out again 14 minutes later with a power of attorney in hand! They couldn't have been more professional and helpful.
