I would not recommend. I was injured at work and lost a year and 4 months of pay. We drained our savings, spent on credit cards, sent to collections for outstanding medical bills, and the lack of communication by Kevin was the icing on the cake. He was not very good at explaining things and seemed very unorganized. I would call and leave messages and not get a call back. I sent emails and no response. I even called the insurance to get information for him. I don't think if was fair but what can you do. He obviously doesn't care as long as he gets his 20% .

Worthless lawyer , used him (Lee) about 20 years ago when I lost my right eye at work .When he had issues with himself my case was given to another person in his office at that time (Wendt). They tried to get me to settle for a really small amoun I lost more than that in wages besides my eye.Had to get a different lawyer, but they had my case so screwed up I got just a little more. I hope no one ever has the stress of this, use someone else not the names listed.

This has to be the worst law firm. I wouldn’t recommend not even advice from this place. attorney Kevin Is so UNDERworked and incompetent. After not returning your calls or messages, when Kevin is finally reached he will always say “I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU” You will be lost and confused thru out the whole process. Not here to bash or sound hateful, it’s just sad to see someone else injured and have to go thru this long, drawn out, incompetent law firm.
