My family rented a home from “Sister” for almost two years. While she is described as tough and uncaring by others who have written reviews, it is not how we were treated. The application process was fair and quick. The home was clean and spacious. There were three fixes that were needed during our tenancy (besides post hurricane Michael) and each time a call was made for repair we were treated with respect and repairs were made immediately without having to place a second call. Upon vacating the home we made sure to leave it clean and ready for occupancy and our deposit was returned in full less than a week later. I rent from her now and have not had any issues with her or her staff. All very nice people. I definatly dont base my opinion on what others say, because my personal experience has been AWESOME!

I rented a home from sister at 520 e 5th court. After 8 months of living there it became clear that property was infested with rats. I hired legal aid and was able to get out of the lease legally. No changes where made to the property upon me leaving. My disabled mother and small child where victims of the fleas that came in the home due to the rats. Visible 4 in gaps between The walls and pipes and structural damage to the outside of the property allowed for the rodents to move freely. RENTERS BEWARE. These are horrible people with no remorse to whom they put in a rodent infested home. She is the definition of a slum lord.

I have to say this was the worse experience of my life, how do you instruct your lawyer to file a motion and you are told by your lawyer who works for you refuse to file your motion? This lawyer’s behavior from the start was aggressive, argumentative, and hopeless. I was told from the beginning she would basically do the bare minimum for my case and she held true to her word. I furnished the lawyer documents that she never reviewed but this was the substantiating documentation that was requested. I was never informed my retainer was exhausted, so then she proceeded to charge me for the extra time she so called spent working on my case. Be advised stay away from this lawyer she will only work the bare minimum on your case.

I hired her to work on my felony case Back in the 90s. After handing her $700 cash she said she didn’t want to have anything to do with my case and refused to refund any of my money. She is a sad excuse for an attorney. And drove on Alabama tags for many years while working and residing in Florida to beat having to pay insurance. A true disgrace that should be dealt with.
