Terrible law firm with extremely unprofessional attorneys. I was represented by Fornaris Law Firm, and although I eventually received benefits, everything moved painfully slow. I should have trusted my instincts and never hired them. Anytime I had concerns, I was repeatedly assured that my case was “moving forward,” but nothing ever seemed to change. Whenever I tried to speak directly with my attorney, I was almost always transferred to a legal assistant or secretary instead. It felt like my attorney couldn’t be bothered to take my calls. My attorney, Carolina Hernandez, was the most useless attorney I have ever dealt with or even tried to speak to. I truly do not understand how the daughter of the owner of the firm can be so unhelpful and dismissive. That reflects very poorly on this prac

All I can say is be careful of who you hire……went through one law firm and was transferred to another,it was a workman’s comp claim and went through there doctors and was advised to settle for what they were offering because the docs said I wasn’t a surgical candidate and here I am right at two years later and having major surgery done in two weeks…..to late for me now just saying hire a well known attorney😢
