Madelyn Mason is the absolute best! She helped us with Elder care and Estate planning with both of our parents. Maddy is an absolute expert in this field and protected our family (twice) and gave us peace of mind! She is a pleasure to work with, she is very compassionate and really takes her time to help elders understand their needs and wants. I highly recommend that you do not go elsewhere! I read the other one-star review and find it difficult to believe. My experience with Madelyn Mason was very much the opposite. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, she was quite courteous. Two sides to every story--maybe the author of the other review inspired such a reaction.

I just sat with Madelyn mason, but please note she was never representing us. She represents relatives however the woman is incredibly nasty. She argued with me the moment I walked in, eyed me up and down, waved her fingers in my face at one point and even shouted she wouldn't speak to me.

Ms. Mason and her entire staff have been nothing but professional and efficient in handling my affairs. She's bright, and answers my questions completely. I have sent several of my friends to her as I know they will be well represented.
