Terrible lack of communication with this company. I have texted multiple times and called and left multiple messages for a call back regarding the status of a lawsuit. Absolutely unprofessional. Even if there is no update, even if there’s apathy toward my inquisition, somebody needs to rise above it from a professional standpoint and respond. I signed on as “class representative” for the ATT data breach incident many years ago after my life was upended by att and I LITERALLY have not only a data breach letter BUT a police report showing from the specific time frame hacked into my phone and caused approximately $5000 in loss. I then got a email addressed to “Daniel” to my email address asking me to “sign the Kroll settlement documents” which I then called and left a message for MASON LLP, when I finally got a call back - the woman was nasty, mean and standoff with me from the start and when I told her there is no way because the only owner of the account is me - Linda she got even more nasty and said “deal with it yourself” and hung up. I have been reading the reviews & i find a lot of them to be very interesting. Some of them are similar to my experience. Mason LLP got in touch with me about an AT&T data breach early last year. Now i know law cases take a long time to process everything. Finally, they sent me a email stating that AT&T was ready to offer me a settlement. I was all happy because this situation will finally be behind me. When i tell you what they was offering me i nearly passed out. All this time they allegedly took to get to settle was a waste of time for me. The firm kept sending me emails to waste more of my time. they sent me a link to fill out all this paperwork for $12. this is what all of this comes down to $12. was told by Mason LLC that they were working on my individual settlement offer with AT&T, I then received a low offer from Kroll $12, when I know I was impacted by BOTH breaches.. I was compromised so many times due to the att data breach. Over $7000 was taken from my bank account & in my credit report it shows that my information was linked on the dark wed by at&t. I have attempted to contact Mason LLC numerous upon numerous times, I needed to speak to them to find out what in the world is going on because I refuse this lowball, but NO ONE is responding to my several emails or voicemails. Mason llc took my information, received a lawsuit, offered me $12 & stoped communication. Dealing with this is even worse than the initial lawsuit because I thought i could trust mason llc.
