Upon meeting me and getting assigned to my case, Mr.Williams briefly went through my file. At first, I thought - great another attorney who couldn’t care less. Wrong. Maurice Williams is down to the T, the man you want representing you. His main concern was keeping my record clean. This man is smart and knows his stuff! He’s a very sweet man, always handled all my questions and concerns. Unlike most attorneys, I never got a bad vibe. He speaks infront of the judge in confidence and when he speaks you can tell he is very educated in this field. I trusted my case in his hands and went to court worry free knowing I had excellent representation. About a month after I left the google review below Maurice filed for an appeal with a new lawyer that had more time and resources to handle my unique situation. I am going from one to three stars because he attempted to make things right that had been butchered the first time. Original post: Maurice handled my family court case. Not only did I wait several months to NEVER get a call back from him every time I call nothing feels to be resolved. My case it should have been very clean cut... I have never had a founded CPS case and had fought in the courts for 2 years that everything my child's father was saying is the complete opposite, yet somehow every time me and Maurice met it was 5 minutes before the court hearing and he was flipping through the paperwork like he had not even looked at

Mr. Williams was appointed roughly 7-8 years ago concerning a visitation/custody case in Westchester County . He understands the system very well and does all he can do to benefit his clients. Always respectful and punctual. Being a lawyer and having tons of clients and cases isn’t an easy task. He fights for the rights for parents no mater race or religion. Mr. Williams, I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You for representing me and always being very honest, adamant and resourceful. Horrible attorney, doesn't show up in court and then sandbags you while recusing himself. Showed up for five minutes on his first court appearance missed the next two. Acts like he knows everything about your case in 3 min. Then says you refuse his advice lol the guys a took.
