Crista Benedict has been amazing for my custody case, she was one of the few attorneys who shared my concerns, she has a small child of her own and saw exactly where I was coming from. I’m very pleased to have retained her and stuck with her, that is not to say that there weren’t times of frustration due to the speed at which the case moved, which might be a similar complaint found elsewhere in the reviews, but that has more to do with the nature of the legal system than with Crista’s lack of commitment. Often times I would receive an email at 12:30 at night after she had been at the office all day, she somehow found time to be both a mother and a dedicated professional. Not a good experience here. We had Williams as a "unbiased" mediator for an estate that was strongly opposed by every single member of the family except for the elder son/ executor. He allowed them a favoritism and seemed indifferent to the obvious preferential treatment even though we pointed it out in the first minutes. The mediator just kept repeating the oppositions talking points like they were his own words. We were hamstrung from the first 5 minutes We were there for 6 or 7 straight hours and starving as they scheduled no lunch break (and no mention of dinner) we had people waiting for us in the parking lot for hours till they gave up. nice facility although it ended up more like a hostage negotiation. They had water, a bathroom and a few snacks but that was it.

Bakke was good for divorce. Unfortunately, for a second situation this firm did not handle the case well for me. I hired a new lawyer who was able to get the results needed for myself and my family.

Randy has represented me twice in child custody cases, and done an amazing job. He is firm but fair, and works very well with other local attorneys when needed. Amazing layer/team.

Mr. Williams was very patient and understanding of my concerns and very quickly addressed and resolved them. I was very appreciative of his professional demeanor. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.
