We found out that the person who prepared my parents trust used a formula that was “one size fits all“, but that’s not how it should go! We contacted Lloyd for estate planning purposes. He first left us sitting in his conference room for an unusual amount of time with barely a comment. He did not review previous documents prior to our meeting. He was completely unprepared. We tried to go over every detail and he said he would contact us the next day, and told us the entire project would be completed within 3 weeks. After two weeks I contacted him and he has no recollection that he would contact us, & then stated that his employee who writes the documents would be on vacation and would put it out another three weeks. We lost confidence that he would follow through. Since then we hired another attorney and realized he was not thorough in his discovery. This only my opinion. Others may have success with him.
