My matter involved an HOA assessment balance. I interacted with this firm as a homeowner subject to an HOA collections process, not as a client of the firm. A Notice of Lien was issued over a minor amount, though I did not receive the notice by email, despite the HOA typically communicating electronically. My property manager advised that the original HOA amount had been sent. When the firm stated it was not received, the original amount was re-sent on December 8, 2025, excluding legal fees. I followed up multiple times requesting written confirmation of what was received, what remained outstanding, and how to resolve the balance. She also helped me to request a lien release for one our HOA's homeowners who paid off all of their debt to our HOA as a result of a lien that was placed on her property in 2024 for failure to pay our annual dues.
