She was so helpful patiently listening to my situation and making sure I got the help I needed. I can't speak for the other firms in other states, but all I can say is the California office is blessed to have her. And give her a raise. Thank you Sarah, truly.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This firm is incompetent and unreliable. How can it take almost an entire year to still unsuccessfully file a simple deed? Over half a dozen tries at getting it filed and almost a month in between each try. I’m shocked that you are still in business because the lack of accountability is astounding. Thanks for not only costing me money but also the home I wanted. It’s much appreciated.

Horrible company. They costed me the sale of my home by lack of efficiency and accuracy when it came to all forms of communication. They do not return calls, this is a terrible firm.

I attempted to reach out today in regards to a foreclosure sale happening next week. After reading the reviews I was very concerned about actually being able to reach someone. However I call and spoke with Briana Tookes today. She was very helpful and communicated clearly, she then followed up in an email after our call. Even if the foreclosure does happen I would say Briana has done a good job here in representing her client as well as being informative.

After the foreclosure of my home I was owed overage funds. After contacting them multiple times they have not followed up as promised each time. My foreclosure wasn't due to financial mismanagement or poor life choices. It was due to serious health issues. I desperately need these funds for medical care and sadly my funeral.
