I had an extremely disappointing experience with the pre-intaker I spoke with. Tea claimed she called me on Thursday, but then proceeded to accuse me of turning my phone off — which is completely untrue. As a parent of a special needs child, I never shut off my phone, and for her to suggest otherwise was not only disrespectful but wildly unprofessional. When Tea finally did call, she acted as if I was the one at fault and kept an attitude throughout the entire conversation. Being spoken to as if I were lying was unacceptable. If this is the level of customer service they consider acceptable, I will never deal with this pre-intake representative again. Truly poor professionalism and zero accountability.
