However, once I signed the contract and paid the retainer, their level of engagement dropped significantly. I received minimal communication and no guidance at all. I scheduled what I believed would be a 30-minute free consultation, but it barely lasted 12 minutes. I wasn’t asked what I was looking for, what my expectations were, or any meaningful details about my case. Instead, I was quickly quoted fees and asked when I’d like to get started — without any real discussion. It felt rushed and impersonal, like the goal was to close a sale rather than understand my situation. I’m looking for an attorney who actually listens and cares. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

Mr. McKendrick has gone above and beyond what I expected her would with my case. He took the time to understand my story and what I needed. I called him many times and was always able to get in contact with him. His assitants are also very kind and if Mr. McKendrick wasn't able to speak with them , they were always able to help me out. Call him and you will not regret it.

Save yourself time and money by NOT hiring Mckendrick. Do not waste your time hiring McKendrick law. He is not professional. Never was ready for any of my hearings (Family Law/Divorce). Doesn’t prepare for court . Rushes phone calls. No one answers the phone when I call the office. The entire firm is the worse and so rude. They never updated me on my case, it would be months from when I would hear from them. No one helps or cares. Mckendrick wasn’t doing his job right and he did not take care of me at all. I had to hire a new lawyer. He’s probably going to reply to this review that I’m not telling the truth or confusing him with another law firm. No, everything I typed is the TRUTH.
