Frankly, I was disappointed. There was very little communication. I had to call to confirm they received my wire. I had to call to request the settlement statement to review. I had to call to see if the property closed. And I had to reach about yesterday because I received zero paperwork from the closing. It would serve their clients better if there was communication that didn’t have to be initiated.
Overall great experience closing with M&M! Highly recommend!
Good customer service. Handled my clients closing with no snags.
