Blatant Malpractice and Severe Lack of Accountability I closed on my property in July 2017. There was a clear lack of due diligence with my closing - including the parcel number (which was the wrong number to begin with) in the purchase and sale agreement had a digit missing. If appropriate due diligence was done, the attorneys would have found that the parcel does not match legal description. All of the MMH Firm’s mishandling of my closing has led to an absolutely corrupted closing. I have also spent a lot of time trying to remedy a situation in which I had no fault. I trusted that I had hired the right team to execute the purchase and now I stand to lose properties for which I paid and have been paying taxes since 2017.
