When my initial attorney retired, I was left with the task of trying to fill her shoes. Let’s just say that things would have turned out much differently with someone else. I felt as though money was priority and my voice wasn’t heard with regard to my wishes in negotiating terms of child custody. Very unprofessional and I believe she is too preoccupied with her dog (don’t get me wrong, I love animals) to represent anyone effectively. Also, she insisted the divorce decree be signed before the QUDRO was ironed out. I had to do that myself after the decree was signed and it’s supposed to be done BEFORE it’s signed. a complete joke. Kathryn meloni only cares about keeping children from their biological parents and focuses solely on the idea of grandparents taking over. To do this she will write fake court documents to incriminate the child’s parent just to fuel her rate of only placing children with their grandparents. She hides behind the Grans charity because she is completely unethical. She’s rude, ignorant and only cares about where her next check comes from. I’ve personally reported this woman’s practices to CPS and the Office of Judicial Support. She has no desire to see a child happy and healthy thriving in an environment with their biological parent.
