I called Mr. Brinson from New Jersey about the purchase of a small hotel and marina in his area . I had never spoke to him before ! He spent about 45 mins answering all of my questions and being extremely helpful . He was professional and friendly . Really easy to talk with and offering me phone numbers to officials I may want to contact . He even offering to go with me if I needed him to help . He never once asked me for a retainer nor did her say anything about his fees or try to cut our conversation short . I am looking forward to work with Mr. Brinson in the near future ...

I had reached out to Mr. Brinson multiple times trying to get some information and he would not return my calls. When I finally did speak with him, he was very rude and still would not answer my questions.
