I started my case with meneses law in november 2024. they finalized and “sent” case in january 2025. to date, i have NOT received any form of proof that it was actually sent. no receipt, no tracking number, nothing. they said they don’t have a receipt number which is a LIE unless they never actually sent my case. every time i call, they are unable to answer questions about my case, i went to their office and they did not let me speak with someone that could explain what’s going on with my case. the receptionist said she was sure they sent my case, and when i asked “well how do i know that if you guys have not provided any proof AT ALL.” she said “well if you don’t want to believe me that’s on you” SO unprofessional and rude. i am legally entitled to this information. when i requested my fi

Update 3: Meneses sent us via email Biometric appointment letter from USCIS. Got that done today! No other notice received yet. Update 2: For 6 months now, our case on the USCIS website has not moved at all. 1 1/2 years since signing, we have had NO real results. Update 1: After almost 12 months since signing with the firm, they have now finally contacted us with the 1st USCIS letter. They shared the letter with us September 25, although it is dated August 13th from USCIS. Deeply disappointed. Wish I could give 0 stars!! My brother has been paying this office for months with absolutely no visible progress on his case. Every time we call to ask for an update, we receive vague answers and are told the same thing we were told on day one. We have been waiting for the UVISN/UVIN form to be submitted so his case can move forward. We understand that once requested it can take 1–4 weeks to receive, but it has been well beyond that timeframe with no clear explanation or proof that anything has been done. Communication has been extremely poor. When we ask reasonable questions, we feel dismissed and spoken to in a condescending way, as if we do not understand the process. This place is just not it! They try too convince you on a application (VAWA) that's totally different from what you really need. I went too another law firm Lincoln Goldfinch here in Austin highly recommended by the way! But yes this law firm Meneses law is nothing but a scam and all they want is your money! Read careful of what you need and ask around before they try to convince you!
