Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I had to spell my 5 letter first name 5 times for her. Spent half hour going thru her hoops and being transferred, then answering questions. At the end I found out they can't help at all. Waste of time, and kinda patronizing people. Not the best choice out there.
Great workers excellent service. They do their best and work for hard for their clients.
