Both CPS and Johnson County Advocacy Center referred me to their services. The woman who completed my interview over the phone was rude, snarky, and I left the phone call feeling dehumanized. I just wish they understood you are speaking to people in hard situations, having an attitude when someone shares that there is a history of physical abuse and talking over the person speaking just isn't the compassion that our Lord and Savior guides us to have. You missed your mission, but I pray guidance and growth onto you.

Pleasant experience talking to the lady who did my pre-screening and qualified me for the program services. The woman who helped me complete my application over the phone was VERY unprofessional! I did not feel heard while sharing my situation due to her tone & she cut me off multiple times and dismissed a lot that I tried to say instead of letting me talk. She was very snappy and judgmental. I did not get her name but I truly hope my experience gets better as I work with different people in this program.

Brooks is the most kind hearted caring person. He is the best family law attorney. He won our adoption case. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied. He is the true meaning of an honest christian man. Everyone at methodist justice minstries are wonderful people and they treat you like an individual and not just a number. They truly care about you.
