my elderly mom has call a few times to speak to the office manager or shelly (who answers the phone) boss. there is supposedly someone there using my moms identity (name social and dob) working for this firm. All she needs them to do is email her over a paper on letter heads saying that she has never received a paycheck nor has worked for this place. this has caused my elderly disabled mother to lose her foodstamps and medicaid. all i need is someone to reach out to me or her she’s left her number to get this straighten out. maybe this can get to the right person bc idk if shelly is relaying the message for all we know she could be the one using her identity. please reach out and make this right so we do not have to go to the news or irs.
