In a million years, I would never recommend this law firm. My experience with them was beyond disappointing — it was frustrating, stressful, and emotionally draining. What should have been handled efficiently ended up dragging on for over three years, and during that time I was passed around to five different attorneys. There was no consistency, no accountability, and absolutely no sense of urgency in resolving my case. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I had to constantly call, email, and follow up just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were often delayed, vague, or unhelpful. Every time I started building trust with one attorney, they were suddenly gone and replaced with someone new who barely understood my situation. It was exhausting and disheartening. Wha

The worst service I've ever had in my life! If I could give them a 0 I would! 2 years of my life wasted with these people! They never answer the phone and when they do they don't even know what to say! The only thing they can say is "oh you'll have to wait and the case manager will call you this week" for two years of being patient with them and receiving the same answer until they closed my case and they don't even have the decency to inform you. So don't waste your time with this “LAWYER”

The worst lawyers I have ever had to work with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was mislead and lied to from the beginning. They never answer the phone when you call. Have to call multiple times before I get someone on the phone. And when I finally do get someone on the phone my case manager is never available and no one else can give me information in regards to my case. I got in an accident October of 2024 and to this day i have yet to receive a settlement. They never call to give me a status update nothing. I always have to hassle them just to get any kind of information and I honestly still don’t know what exactly is going on with my case. I’ve requested my case file multiple times and nothing. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They never call to follow up is the first thing, the second is that they suck at what they do my case was pretty simple yet they did nothing with it and the only reason i found out that it was closed was because I called. I'm not big on writing review but these ppl are terrible and I feel like I need to let people know so the same thing doesn't happen to them
