I recently sold and purchased a home and Sarah Partin handled both transactions on my behalf. Buying and Selling a home in this market is no easy thing but Sarah was there every single step of the way, she was available any time I needed her, she was in constant communication with me and on top of every aspect of both transactions. In my opinion she went above and beyond to protect my interests and get me exactly where I needed to be, including closing both transactions on the same day. I honestly don't think I would have been able to get this done without her and would highly recommend her to anyone.
